Why 100 Days? Well, changing our neural pathways and working on transformation of mindsets can take some time ! Depending on the situation (and which research you read), it could take anywhere between 18-244 days to form a habit, or 144 days to develop a new brain map.

I’ll host live, collaborative, weekly workshops to help you find your footing and purpose for the rest of the week ahead.

What could you do? What does “choose a purpose” mean?

Here are some details and ideas you could explore each day:

You don’t have to build the next Microsoft in 100 days, but if that’s where you find purpose, then go for it!

Maybe you want to learn how to say “I love you” in one hundred different languages. Or, maybe you want to write a book, start an exercise habit, take up a yoga practice, journal about gratitude or focus on your sleep habits.

You don’t have to do anything excessively grand. You might choose something arbitrary or quirky, or that appeals to you and only you.

  • Connect with someone who is outside your social circle every day or week.
  • Write a thank you card to different people you care about.
  • Practice mindfulness, yoga, stretching or exercise.
  • Write or work on a book.
  • Plant a seed every day in the garden.
  • Journalling every day.
  • Write “morning pages” as suggested by The Artist’s Way.
  • Journal mindful senses like the spicy scent of pine and warmth of coffee.

The previous workshops offered two different options of times and days per week, chosen to maximise coverage across time zones.

Depending on the location of our participants, more workshops or different times could be figured out.

What’s Included?

Worksheet/Theme emailed every Sunday/Monday

Each worksheet has thought provoking questions to ponder and answer during the week, the chance to set some intentions, and some suggested concepts to reflect on and apply in your life that week.

Thursday/Friday Workshops

To debrief the week and reflect on what we have learned.

Each workshop will be broken down into the following three parts:

Part One

5 minutes of mindfulness, breathing, and grounding strategies to help you feel calm and centered while also clearing your mind.

Part Two

10 minutes to recap your intention for the week and reflect on how it went. You’ll also get to share your wins and roadblocks.

Part Three

40-minute workshop on a strategic topic. I’ll introduce the topic, we’ll have a facilitated group discuss for 30 minutes on the topic and how to implement it.

Holiday Celebrations

There will also be special celebrations for the holidays that come up during the 100 Days Of Purpose. But, the details are a fun surprise and you’ll find out about these after you register.

You’re on day 88 and I’ve just discovered these workshops. Can I still join?

You can definitely join until the end of the first week. We find that joining later on tends to be tricky with ongoing introductions. One of the most powerful benefits is going through this whole time with a cohort – so we’d love to have you in the next round that is scheduled to start in late March 2022.

It’s very inexpensive and I want to pay more.

You can pay it forward by purchasing a place in the program and then gifting it to someone. Add the gift option to your cart and check out. You’ll have the opportunity to enter in the email address(es) of the recipient(s).

Is this like therapy?

Coaching is not like therapy. Ali is not a therapist or a clinical counsellor.

Is it covered by insurance?

No. This is not a programme that’s eligible for coverage.

I want my whole team to join. Can I enrol my company?
